Exporting Lists

I would recommend using PHPMyadmin for this if you do not want to use command-line tools.

I am about to export some 200,000 list from table vicidial_list,
how fast will it be? would it affect server performance, operation, system?

i'll be exporting using csv for msexcel, is it advisable? what is Dump (number of list) row(s) starting at record # (number)?
