None of my Calls are RECORDED

Hello Gurus,

I am using astguicliient-2.0.3, asterisk-1.2.24. linux distro is fc6. Below is my configuration for recording.

1. In campaign modification Campaign Rec exten:= 8309, Campaign Recording:=ALLFORCE, Campaign Rec Filename:= FULLDATE_AGENT, Recording Delay:=0

2. in extensions.conf


; this is used for recording conference calls, the client app sends the filename
; value as a callerID recordings go to /var/spool/asterisk/monitor (WAV)
exten => 8309,1,Answer
exten => 8309,2,Monitor(wav,${CALLERIDNAME})
exten => 8309,3,Wait,3600
exten => 8309,4,Hangup

Sox version is :sox-12.18.1-1 Still the calls are not recorded in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor

What could be the problem.

Type "screen [-d] -r [pid.]tty.host" to resume one of them.

Does anything extra show up in the "calls in this session" link at the bottom of the agent vicidial.php screen when you do recordings?

NO it`s not showing below agent screen. And m not missing 786XX stuff

Have you dubblechecked that you got /var/spool/asterisk/monitor-directory? You can also try to reinstall sox, if you have compiled it manual before, try to install it with rpm-packege or apt-get/yum or something similar.

I think this is either due to missing entries in extensions.conf or campaign is not set properly ? Can you make one more campaign for testing and try recording in that ? Also check permissions for asterisk's monitor directory . Post some cli when call is actually going , asterisk myuust show some Monitor command being executed or errors .
