Phones ring but live call don't trun red

hi,
when i dial next number, the phone at the end rings but i don't see why live call on vicidial don't turn red and it continue counting seconds and after 60sec it shows me dial time out.
please help

Hi
when the call answered only Vicidial transfer the call to Agent
other wise after timeout set in campaign or dialplan.
it just hangs up

HI,
the problem is that the image in top right (NO LIVE CALL) don't change to LIVE CALL despite of the communication is established and phones ring.
what can be the solution for that?..i work with trixbox,it can be problem with it?

excuse me to be late to post the result...the problem is that VICIDIAL don't redirect the call to agent.
i am doing a local test
i have agent with exten 2001 and i made client with exten 11112003
the client phone rings but agent don't get the call
result of show channel concise

Whats the status of your agents in vicidial_live_agents when these will not pass to the agent..

they should be READY
whats the output of your agiout when the call is connected but not sent to the agent.

it shows me can't open agiout,permission denied.
in fact,i don't have digium card and i found in a mark spencer's document that i should have at least one zap channel for conferncing.
when i tape show channels,i found zap channel but it's reserved...i have posted this result.
it can be a problem the fact that i don't have any digium card(FXO/FXS)
