Hi Matt,

I want to create rule based dialing like... if a customers' home number, mobile number, office number is present, i want to set priority for the number which to be dialed 1st then so on how can i do it.

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do, could you explain in a bit more detail?

It sounds like it might be auto-alt-dialing, take a look at the ALTERNATE_NUMBER_DIALING.txt document in the docs folder of the release.
