Send call to closer

I'm wonder if someone can explain to me how I can configure my VICIDIAL installation to allow agents who are on OUTBOUND dialing, to send the call to a closer extension and have the customer information send along with it. I can't fully understand what to do from reading the SCRATCH INSTALL...
