Manual dial works but auto dial not working

Postby masaboor » Fri Nov 23, 2007 12:57 pm

Hi
I used debian scratch install and everything till manual dial is working perfectly.But when it comes to auto dial ,I am facing few problem.Calls are being placed.and other end even recieves the call.But when he picks up, the call is not getting transfered to a free extension.Instead the other side hears a message "This is not a valid extension" and the call hang ups.

All my cron Jobs are running fine and i am using x100 card for timer.
One of the previous post says to change the permission of /var/log/astguiclient from 0666 to 0777 .Even done this thing and many more other settings mentioned in previous posts but no help.
I think thers some problem with the extensions.CONF I have the following included in the file

; VICIDIAL_auto_dialer transfer script:
exten => 8365,1,AGI(agi://192.168.1.105:4577/call_log)
;exten => 8365,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,2,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,3,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,4,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,5,Hangup

I here dont understand why the call is transferred to extension 8365

I logged on via extension 6002 and pressed resume on vicidial webpage.
The error I recieve in asterisk cli is as follows
Very first its saying "You are the only person in conference"
secondly:I can see a call placed.ringing ,and other side also picked up.and when he spoke , instead of call getting transfered to extension 6002, its playing a message "invalid Extension" and getting hangup

8365 is the default auto-dial-call-routing extension that sends the call on to an agent after an Answer signal is recceived on the call.

I got following in extensions.conf

; SIP TRunk - Test
exten => _919XXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://192.168.1.105:4577/call_log)
; exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => _919XXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(sip/${EXTEN}@account2,55,o)
exten => _919XXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup

; # timeout invalid rules
exten => #,1,Playback(invalid) ; "Thanks for trying the demo"
exten => #,2,Hangup ; Hang them up.
exten => t,1,Goto(#,1) ; If they take too long, give up
exten => i,1,Playback(invalid) ; "That's not valid, try again"

and also

; VICIDIAL_auto_dialer transfer script:
exten => 8365,1,AGI(agi://192.168.1.105:4577/call_log)
;exten => 8365,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,2,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,3,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,4,AGI(agi-VDADtransfer.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8365,5,Hangup
