Lead Recycling

Hi all,

I am attempting to set up leads to be recycled after 3 days in VICIDial. Unfortunately, the maximum setting allowed is 65535 seconds (or 18.5 hours).

How can I exceed this limit?

Lead Recyccling is not made for more than a few hours. If you want to call leads after a certain number of days I would suggest resetting the list and only calling those leads.

I know how to reset a list -- how do I have it only call specific statuses of leads?

In the campaign modification screen you would only select those statuses to be dialed in the "Dial Status" listings.
