we have 10 agents and we are using 2mbps bandwith... please help!

Check your headsets. I almost went ape crazy trying to debug that. Then I changed the headsets it went away.

the best headset I've used is plantronics dsp400. you wont go wrong in that one.
Or get a usb audio and plug at least a decent headset in it.
