i have two vicidial installed on a callcenter
and i need to know what do you recommend to do
a dhcp lan or static lan
the problem its sometimes i can to experiment that the agents are in the same conference and they can ear the other agent voice ..
can any help?

both works fine
internal LAN always recomend to use local ip addresses 192.X.X.X
rather public pool of ip addresses.
so you can use static IP's
ram
