AMD detection issues

hello im experimenting issues with the amd detecions

the problems is the following

i have all configured but when the customer phone access to answer machine it works fine , but when the agent answer personaly the dialer make the same like if not answer it playback the message

and i cant speak with the person

can anybody helpme

I'm not sure I understand your problem, could you restate it in a different way?

im configuring the AMD detection

but it works like if all calls are answer machine
when an human answer it works like if answer machine

help please

I think what he's trying to say is that all calls are being tagged as Answering Machine. AMD detection is not perfect and it's possible that human voice can be mistaken as answering machine and vice versa.

What parameters are u passing to AMD() in extensions.conf ?
