Hi,

im doing manual dialing in vici with recording option set to allcalls. The recordings(768XXX something) in manual dialling is not hanging up after the call was disposed. The agents need to manually click the hangup button for the recordings to disconnect. But when im doing ratio everything works perfectly.

What seems to be my problem here?

thanks!
