whats the difference betweent he vicidial_log table and vicidial_agent_log table.. why is there two and not just one of them?

vicidial_log should have every call dialed, vicidial_agent_log only has calls that go to an agent, plus it has a lot more information on wait/talk/dispo/pause time.

thank you.. now my next question is.. can i figure out exacly how many minutes i used from vicidial_log? because my provider deosnt give me a break down and im trying to compare my stats with them and it always shows that they have more minutes on their stats then i show on mine.. whats the best way to calculate this?

if you have enabled cdr, default its enabled

Look at the asterisk log directory master.csv file
will give you the results of CDR

there are so many logs entires for the same call that i got no clue which to look at.. is there a easier way?
