Dear Matt,
Suppose a customer is called on his no. but he does not respond to it now vicidial skips the lead and dials the next lead what i want to do is it shuld check the alt. no if present then should dail the no instead of skipping and dialing the new lead

In that case agent have to dial the number. what i want is.... suppose a lead is having phone number and alt_phone no. when vicidial dials the lead it transfers the lead to agent when lead is answered but suppose lead is not answered vicidial marks the status as no answer auto dial what i want is vicidial automatically dial the second or alt_phone_no if the first phone no is not answered. and if it can be done from vicidial campaign option please guide me
