Hello
im trying to set the answer machine detection but i cant because all the calls the vicidial answer as if is a machine and when the human answer too
help please

What version of asterisk are you using? Did you compile AMD before you installed asterisk? Can you post you AMD.conf and log file?
I had similar issues when I was using Asterisk 1.4.10 but now that I am back on 1.2.24 it works flawlessly.

im using vicidial 2.0.4
asterisk 1.2.24
yes i compiled the amd
and i configured the asterisk but all calls are as answer machine for the dialer

Can you post the part of the dialplan for extension 8369 and some of your AMD_log.txt (located in /var/log/astguiclient) so we can try and see what exactly is happening?
probably wouldnt hurt to post the Real CLI output for a call where you are experiencing the problem.
