autodial problem with sip trunk

hello
im using vicidial 2.0.4
asterisk 1.2.24

and when i use voipjet as iax trunk it dial fine
but whe i use mxvoice as sip trunk it doesnt dial it only ring ring ring and late it hangup

Problem with configuration of sip trunk . It is clearly showing that registration is timing out ( some carriers doesnt want ur server to register but to directly send calls since they use ur ip to authenticate you in case of static ip ) .

Post your sip.conf settings .

Yea appears that your endpoint doesnt exist.. You have the right IP address from them in your sip.conf?
