Its already there on the scratch install it also comes with an explanation. Have you read the stickys?

Next if you want to install it the easy way I suggest you download vicidialnow at http://www.vicidialnow.org

"i hve gone through the scratch installation bt its out of my scope of understanding"

The entire scratch installation is out of your scope of understanding?

Am I to understand that a 4th year Bachelor of Technology cannot even begin to follow the instructions, for instance, to copy a file and make an .iso image for an install CD?

Or is it that you got into it and got confused and flustered at some point?

This is a One-Step-At-A-Time platform. Noone in Linux understands ALL of it. But we are all capable of following directions one step at a time and asking for help on any individual step when we cannot figure it out.

Start your install. Ask for help when you get to a step you do not understand. You will get help with that step and then continue on your own until the next step you do not understand.

When you have gotten to the end, YOU will have built the server and grasped a basic understanding of Open Source, Community Supported and Created Software. And I can tell you that Vicidial is a SHINING example of this entire concept.

And, although I have not personally tried VicidialNow, that may be a good place to go.

Of course, if you want EASY, the older versions of Trixbox (although not good for production servers in my personal opinion) are TOO easy to install.
