Strange Behavior with Callback

Hi all,

Ive a strange behavior. When an operator put a lead to callback later, in useronly mode, the lead not appear on his callback list or appear as a blank row and its impossible to access to call.
This problem is on only one operator, the rest work fine.

Any one know why???
