Increase line to agent ratio

Hello.
I've been searching the forum and I can't find how to increase the line to agent ratio past 4 on campaigns.
Please advise.

1) Modify Campaign -> Basic View -> auto dial level can go up to 4.0
2) Modify Campaign -> Detail View
set "Maximum Adapt Dial Level" to the number you want
set "Dial Method" to one of the three available "ADAPT" methods
set "Drop Percentage Limit"
The system will slow down your dialing when your drop limit is reached automatically.

^ Maximum adapt dial level is used only with ADAPT based dial methods , for ratio you cannot go above 4 by changing that . I just hand edited php file to add option for 5.0,6.0,7.0 if needed . Works great even on ratio .

Edit admin.php search for "Auto Dial Level" and you can increase selectable options adding 5.0,6.0,7.0 . I think you need to do that at 2 places in that file . Make sure to backup original one .

You can change the maximum dial level in the System Settings now.

Hi Matt
Thank you for the response. Are you talking about the "Auto Dial Level" in the system settings? The problem is that the maximum limit is 4 and sometimes we get "bad" lists where we want the limit to be higher than 4.

The maximum "Auto Dial Limit" in "System Settings" is 1000. The default is 4.

Quick question,
I have changed the auto dial limit in the settings to go up to 6.0 now, and it takes, but if i set the auto dial level to 4.0 or 6.0 (and a few other random settings) it will change to a lower level or show blank. In other words not all of the stepped values can be used, seems like there needs to be more changed than just in the settings. I haven't updated in a while so it may be me, but thought Id throw it out there before i went through updating again. Currently runnung Vicibox VERSION: 2.8-439a BUILD: 140515-1610 (My signature needs to be updated on my profile)
