Call Forward/Transfer from an Inbound Campaign

Hi,

I have an inbound number and a campaign with 10 agents configured to receive calls coming to that inbound number. If all my agents are busy i want to transfer the call to some other center in a different city by transferring/forwarding the call to another inbound number.

Is this possible in VICIDIAL. If possible please let me know on how to configure this.

Sure, just set your DROP extension to the dialplan number of the center to forward the call to.

It affects the INGROUP on which it is configured. If you configured it on the campaign instead, that may be your problem.

Asterisk CLI output from a test (with no other traffic on the system) at the moment of "DROP" would likely tell the story. Remember your extension has to be fully dialable and match a carrier's extension dialplan including the dial prefix portion.
