Duplicate web_client_sessions

Hello everyone,

I have a working vicidial installation and almost everything works, except that everynow and then, some of the agents are constantly logged off by the system. We have checked and usually when this happens there is more than one web_client_sessions entry in MySQL.

Any tips on how to avoid this?

duplicate web_client_sessions entries should not result in any problems. Do you have more than one server in your setup, or do you have MySQL/APACHE/Asterisk all on the same machine?

I've got everything setup in one single machine. But if this should not affect anything....Any other ideas why the agents are logged out automatically?
