How would I configure my extensions.conf to accept a DTMF sequence to trigger a silent monitor on a hardcoded conference number? The owners of one of our products is requesting that they just call in with a POTS line and enter a code to monitor an agent... Any and all insight is GREATLY appreciated. =)

There are not really any standard ways to do this, it will depend on your requirements. The easiest thing to do is just have them dial 6 + sessionID to blind monitor agents.
