"You don't have permission to access /agc/vicidial.php

hello astguiclient support guys, i am the new user of vicidial or astguiclient i installed the vicidial on the trixbox but i can not view the page of that . the ip of my server is 192.168.1.100 and i am using the url http://192.168.1.100/agc/vicidial.php but i saw the error "You don't have permission to access /agc/vicidial.php on this server." plz tell me how can i access that page

chown all files in /var/www/ with the user which is running apache ( or do chmod 777 /var/www/* -R ) .
