queue hold anouncement

Hi,

In the inbound camapaign is thier a way when a call is on queue for about 10 min it will play a anouncement that "the agent is busy assisting customer please try your call later" some thing like that, before the call hungs up by the client. thanx

set your drop time for 600 and set your drop message for the recording you want played.
