Autodial campaigns IVR, before direct o the agent

im trying this feature, "how to autodial campaigns to start with a simple IVR then direct to agent"... but the extension number dialed by the customer its not recognized by the system...

when i use the IVR for inbound call, it works fine, but with the outbound campaigns, im not able to make the Background aplication works.


there is something tha i miss??

i realized that the problem was in the outboud calls...

i dial the number that the ivr asks for, but it is not recognized by the system...

for inbound call, the ivr works fine...

i ll keep trying and posting the results

now it works fine

i dont really know what was the problem
it just got solved by himself...
