Autodial campaigns IVR, before direct o the agent

im trying this feature, "how to autodial campaigns to start with a simple IVR then direct to agent"... but the extension number dialed by the customer its not recognized by the system...
when i use the IVR for inbound call, it works fine, but with the outbound campaigns, im not able to make the Background aplication works.
there is something tha i miss??
