I want to separate the database and vicidial server, how can I do that? what should I put from the crontabs and startup? thanks

And also....

Do I have to install also the asterisk from the scratch install since I want to separate only the web and the database on the other machine. Thnkx

Install everything except Asterisk on your web/db machine, and install everything except web/db on your Asterisk/VICIDIAL machine.
