Leads not getting into the hopper

I have leads in the list, but the hopper only contains one lead. The lead_id of the lead that keeps getting in the hopper doesn't exist in the vicidial_list. What could be preventing the leads from being populated into the hopper?

What is your hopper_level set to for the campaign?

I don't know what was causing the delay, but the leads did appear in the hopper. I had removed the leads from the vicidial_lists and reimported the information in. It seemed to retain the lead information somewhere other than the list and the hopper because a lead existed in the hopper, but the lists information was empty. This maybe off subject, but is there a way to get the lists to reset on there own. I want the calling statuses in the campaign to get reset without having to force the reset in the list. I would also like to have a recorded message go out to a list of numbers and have the message play for a live answer or answering machine.
