ratio method is not working properly

I have a small issue with vicidial, i am using 2.0.4 version, with asterisk 1.2.24.
Lets say, i have 10 agents logged in, and i have setup the ratio as 2.0, At the time of start of shift, it shows 20 calls dialled, and after an hour or few minutes, it drops down automatically, with the same ratio with 10 agents, it starts showing only 5-6 calls getting dialled out.
I have set the drop call ratio to 100% and 40 agents waiting for call.
And still after few minutes, it starts showing no live calls with 10 agents waiting for calls.
Any idea, where am i messing up.

Same thing happens with Dial Method: as ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT.

Are there any calls stuck in the vicidial_auto_calls tables?

no calls are not stuck in vicidial_auto_calls;
it shows 1 or 2 calls right now, with 18 agents logged in and adapt hard limit ratio of 4.0. and 1-2 calls only show off in ringing as well

Just checked one more thing,
select * from vicidial_live_agents;
Empty set (0.00 sec)
Where as in the live screen, its showing about 15-20 agents logged in and waiting for calls from last 20 minutes.
NO LIVE CALLS WAITING
12 agents logged in 1 agents in calls 8 agents waiting 3 paused agents
Any idea what could be causing this....................

i am checking vicidial_live_agents;
It is not showing any entry at all even when we login.

I don't really know what woud cause that. Did you do an upgrade of any kind?
Have you altered the database or vicidial.php code in any way?

It was an upgrade from previous version, 2.0.3.
But just now i have reinstalled everything, and it looks like working fine.

i reinstalled everything, and able to see the agents in vicidial_live_agents;
But now, calls are getting stuck up in vicidial_auto_calls;
I see a average of 50 calls, when in realtime screen, it is showing only 2-3 calls ringing.
Where do i need to lookout for this,,

Do you have the proper entry for the "h" exten in extensions.conf?
It has changed from 2.0.3 to 2.0.4
