transfer - Conf Issue

Hi,
I have the following issue. I have setup an inbound campaign in which agents have to transfer to and external closer. ( Using "Park Cusotmer Dial or "Dial with customer" buttoms)
When the agents try to l call out to the external closers the call goes throught but after 30 seconds it disconnects. ( Not from Asterisk's SIP trunk but from VICIDIAL). I know this because it keeps ringing in the other end and when they pick up they hear nothing.
On the Agent' end there is no indication that the Call was dissconected because the HUNG UP XFER Line is still active.
Plase advise on this.
