How much bandwith is required for 20 agents

I just wanted to know how much bandwith is required for 20 agents with best voice quality calling at a time over SIP trunking (for ulaw,alaw and gsm)

I have E1 link having 1Mbps bandwith is it sufficient for 20 agents with best voice quality.

i have 25 agentes dialing with vicidial and
i have 1.5mb dedicated internet with g729 codec , and it works perfectly

im thinking to login arrournd 30 agents

If you can use IAX2 and use trunking then it would save lot of bandwith thus allowing more agents . Use g729 .

remember your hardware its very important. when you use the g729 codec

yes i think your E1 line works fine with 20 agents, but i recommend you to use g729 codec
