Call-times not working

Server time "PST"
Vicidial Server Time "-8"
All Phones "-8"

Call-times 800-2000 (plus all the state call-times)

I am still getting leads in the hopper that are in the -6 timezone well after 8:30pm when they should be dropping out at 8:00PM CST

Im not sure why the call-time is not working, any insight on this?

Have you run "./AST_VDhopper.pl --debugX"? This should show you exactly what you are pulling.

Do you have any state call rules for that call_time?
