leads loading problem

leads loading problem

wen i try tu upload the leads, using super list loader..

i select custom layout ,and wen i press ok.. i cannot see any of the lead record ..or i am able to upload them in standard vicidial format..

is it due to the cpan modules..or can ther me any othr problem...

??

Did you load all of the CPAN modules on your web server?

Is your web directory writable?

yeaa ..i loaded all the perl modules...and my web directory is writable..

so what was the problem?

are you sure you are loading the leads correctly?

if you don't know how to load leads i suggest you purchase the manager's manual from www.eflo.net

i am trying to upload the leads in csv format fr super list loader...

wen i upload it selecting custom layout ..it is not taking the leads..i mean i am not able to select any information frm drop doown menu...


kindly help me out..

i am ale to upload the leads frm the mysql promps.. and the dailer is working fine

but wen i try to upload it from super list loader..its not taking the life..i mean tht wen i choose custom layout and submit... i am not getting any info in the drop down menus...
