What do you currently use for you trunks?
PRI/Pots/VOIP?
What kind of voice quality issues are you experiencing?

What are you using? are you using a softphone or a hard phone?
Are you using VoIP or PRI or Pots?
Have you check the quality of your headsets? how about the performance of the agent's pc?
There are a lot of variables that may enhance or affect the voice quality.
Be specific next time. That way the answer you will get will be specific too.
