not able to dial..help!!!!!!

i am not able to dial from the pedictive dailer



this is wat the asterisk CLI shows

Can you dial if you change campaign to manual dial?

no i was nt able to dial...i did some configuration in sip.conf and extensions.conf... nw i am gatting another kinda problem...i am able to dial manually from softfone..bt nt able to dial it from vicidial..


the logs r posted on another thread...plzz help me out..
