channel monitored tone

hello forum
i need to disable the sound (bep bep) when i monitore any agent
the can ear that im monitoring them when they listen the tone



i need to disable the tone

but the tone its the same that is in the live calls..

help please

If you setup dialplan correctly as per scratch install dial 6+conference number and you will enter in mute mode , there will be no tone to agent and he wont hear what you speak but you can hear both customer and agent .
