Hi

How we can Reduce the number of answering machines.
We are getting much answer machines calls and want to reduce and drop these calls

Make sure VDAD extension for campaign is 8369 ( 8365 doesnt have answering machine detection ) . Keep dial timeout around 30 seconds because if nobody picks up in that time, call will go to Voicemail most probably .

Try setting your dial timeout to 18-21 seconds. This will eliminate even more Answering Machines.
