Hey, I wanted to know how far can we manipulate the database without starting to do funny things with Vici? I mean, I want to be able to select specific dispositions and have them redialed more then the Recycle will allow. When I did it you get the Campaign to state that there are no dialable leads and nothing in the hopper, but when you click on what is in the hopper, there are leads there and it dials as it states 0! Broad question, hope that there is a simple answer.

Changeing anything in the database schema has the potential to cause problems. As for lead recycling, is there any reason you do not simply reset the lists?

Thanks for the answer, and I gues I was not that clear. I am not doing anything to the schema, but I am doing tweaks in the database data itself. I can see that Vici is very tightly set up amongst it's tables one to the next, and I wanted to be able to know how far the data being tweaked in the database can be changed without a domino effect that would make it so that incorrect data and reports start to go. Like how far can one go? Changing the data in the vicidial_list table for example is something that I have been doing.
Also, I would like to reset only certain dispositions /statuses in the lists as opposed to entire lists themselves for redialing. Maybe can be done in a later version or something that I need to learn?!
Thanks.

You can reset certain disposition and status on the campaign manager itself by going to the leads recycling portion.
You can know more about vicidial by purchasing and downloading the manager's manual at
