how to configure the vicidial system for automatic calling.

Hi guys!

I would like to ask if vicidial is also capable of automated calling that the system will automatically know that the number is working or not?

Vicidial is capable of it and can be configured to do this depending on how you select Dial methods and dispositions . If you are using digital lines to dial out like sip/iax2/pri,etc. then they have answer detection and system can know what call was answered and what ringed to time out , it can also detect lot of voicemails,answering machines,etc . In short vicidial can do automated calls and set dispositions depending on call was answered or not . Please explain your situation little more, next time u ask a question . People will better be able to help you that way .

here is my situation. I need to dial up to 2000 numbers for example. then i need the machine to that and if the machine detects that the number rang or answering machine answer the call, then the machine will separate those numbers that rings and those numbers with answer machine answer that.
