No Ringing Prompt Using Manual Mode of Dialing

Good Day!

Can anyone tell me in particular what is wrong or if it is really a problem that when we are using manual mode of dialing then we click on Dial Next Number, while waiting, we are not hearing any ringing prompts just to notify us that the number is active.

Here are some scenarios:
Agent 1: Clicks on Dial Next Number, waits for the ring, but unfortunately
he/she won't hear the ring but after some seconds a person from
the other line will answer in a snap.

Agent 2: In Manual mode, agent clicks on Dial Next Number, then Live Call
will automatically prompt him/her without anyone answering or we
are waiting for at least 30 seconds just to find out if someone will
answer since it already prompted Live Call.

Hi

iam not sure in manual mode you hear ring sound
its all depends on provider

better to check at asterisk cli, what happends when the call placed

if the call not pickup specified time, the call will disconnected automatically

sometimes we do here ring sound while sometimes not,
what do you think the provider have to do with this challenge?

what is that asterisk cli?
