Dialing a directory or extension after connecting
Posted: Thu Mar 27, 2008 9:48 amI wanted to know if anyone is doing something different to dial extension numbers after connecting to the main number. We currently dial the extension number or menu option on the softphone. Doing this seems to interupt the current session and we start experiencing noice and interference on subsiquent calls.
