Calls not being distributed unless made in manual mode

We recently moved our offices, and when we set the server back up at the new location, we were having all sorts of problems, mostly router firewall hangups, and have all been corrected. However, now, the agents have to push calls through in manual mode, they never get anything sent to them by the server. I have gone through the user stipulations, but I am still overlooking something. Any help will be appreciated, and if I am skipping something as minor as I assume I am, I will gladly post the photos of my beating my head against the wall repeatedly!! Ha-Ha! Thanking any of your assistance in advance.

Did the server's IP address change on your network?

Any Asterisk CLI output?

Yes, I need to know how to change the ip address back to the static ip it was listed as, but don't know how to access it

In the /usr/share/astguiclient directory ...
there should be an ADMIN_reset_ip (not sure on the name but you get the idea). Its a great script for changing the IP address.
