I'm sorry ... I've a little question ...


in the event in which I setting in the campaign manual call not predictive, where I can see the stat for agent in manual call ?


On timeon_vdadall ... there aren't and other stats is not present ...

any suggestion?

For Manual dial you would need to look at the AST_timeoncall.php scripts

Haven't used it in a while. Could you post a bug to the tracker for this. I think I need to rework how it functioned anyway.
