I am quite stuck in loading leads. I mean how should the format of an excel lead file be. based on getting field values for vicidial_list, I created the excel format but it says bad record....

I just need to know the format and I have no idea how to get test_VICIDIAL_lead_file.txt.

The test files are in the "extras" folder of the release you downloaded.

For Excel(2000/XP) you should be able to save them in any order and use the Custom format button then select fields with the field chooser.
