when i try to upload the leads in csv format selecting custom layout...

all the leads r not getting uploaded into the database.. only some of them r getting uploaded.. though it shows all the leads "GOOD" and 0 "BAD"

my web directory is writable...

chmod 777 var/www/html/vicidial

help me out plzzz...

How may leads are in the file and what is the file size?
