I'm checked many links, docs and tutorial How to Install/Configurate
Vicidial, all using conferences and meetme features Asterisk for Call.
Is posible to configure/use Vicidial with Asterisk for to do a simple
SIP call only without conferences and meetme?

Hi
yes you can do, just register to asterisk
and start making calls, this does not use any meetme conference
if youare using AGC then it uses the meetme conference
