inbound campaign configuration

I have been using vicidial successfully for our outbound dialing, but now we need to start a inbound campaign, in the scratch install i can see how to configure the extentions.conf for the same, but need little more information on how to create campaign, and in order to receive a incoming call will be agent be logging onto ip/agc/vicidial.php or it will be ip/agc/astguiclient.php.

Some kind of help in right direction will be highly appreciated.......
