All,
I have read here on the forum that its NOT a bug , but only a load issue. I have a loadavg of 0.8 . I have a single * server which houses the apache and MySQL server also for 20 agents on inbound ingroup with . But about 40 - 55 inbounds are coming in at once. Some agents are getting multiple inbound calls, i.e 2 to 4 customers at the same time.
How to resolve the trouble, kindly advise.
thanks ,

Yes , sorry I have only 12 agents logged in when I have taken the avg , cat /proc/loadavg out put as follows:
root@i /proc/loadavg
3.12 1.33 0.95 1/249 13627
When I did that last time it showed only 0.89 in the first.
Please advise.

use 'top' and monitor the load avg's while calls are being made.

the RAM was insufficient. Removing the Force recording stopped the trouble.
