I have 3 way calling working well except for 1 thing... I have CXFER90009 programmed in the D1-Dial spot... but if a fronter agent uses that to transfer to a closer, then become unable to leave the 3 way call (the button does not become available)
In order to leave the 3 way call, the call has to be made from fronter to closer using the 'dial with customer' button.
The problem is that on the very first transfer the agent does, the 'number to call' isn't populated. In order to populate that field, the first transfer must be made with D1 (then CXFER90009 is injected into the field), and then any transfer after that can be made with the 'dial with customer' button as the 'number to call' is populated now.
Is there any way to fix this? As in have a default 'number to call' for a campaign automatically populate in the box? Please let me know.
