hello i dont understand the callbacks disposition function

because i disposed a call as callback to an specific time and it doesnt dial at time


question

are the callbacks functionality 100% functional or it can be fail???

what can i do for get the call backs to works fine dialing fine at time

i use both i use agent only
but when i use anyone callback tha callback goes to another agent random
and i need it go to the agent that dispossed it as callback

i have 23 agents

The only way to guarantee that the callback will go to the agent that set it originally is to use AGENTONLY
