i like to have faster stats updates then currently.. which scritp exacly updates the top stats of the real time screen.. it looks like every 20-30 min the stats of droped and asnwered calls get update.. i really like to speed that proccess up

If you have agents logged in then the stats should update every minute or two. The AST_VDadapt script is the one that does the updating as it runs.

15 agents logged in.. looks like it updated every 5 min or so

I would suggest upgrading, although I don't think that is the problem. I just checked 3 client systems and those stats are updating every minute.

i got 150 campaigns.. lol maybe thats why?

try to inactive some of the campaigns that you are not using. It will not show on the reports once the campaign has been disabled
