I read about some hardware recommendations in the FAQ questions, but I want to hear some other recommendations for a 120 seats call center, I heard about separate asterisk in one server, the stguiclient in other and the mysql, apache and others in another server, My question its about how can I install it in to diffrent servers, Im looking for some hardware, memory, cache, etc. recommendations

inbound/outbound/blended?
line-to-agent ratio?
kind of trunks you are using? (T1/E1/SIP/IAX)
if you are using SIP/IAX, what codec?
will you be recording all calls?

Well, 1.5 x 120 is 180 licenses for G729.
I would recommend the following:
1 x Database server (Intel core 2 Quad/8GB RAM/SCSI RAID 10)
1 x Web server (Intel Core2 Duo/1GB RAM)
1 x Audio Archive Server (Intel Core 2 Duo/1GB RAM/lots of drive space)
3 x VICIDIAL/Asteirsk servers (Intel core 2 Quad/4GB RAM)
40 agents and 60 G729 channels capacity each

The most agents on a single system I have configured was 80. This is an inbound-only system doing full recording, but the codec used is ULAW. This is an Intel core2 Quad with 4GB RAM.
Of course the web server and database are on separate machines.
